How To Order

Step 1 – Add Product(s) To Your Cart

• Select the product/s you want from the Shop. This will open the product information page.
• Select the number of units of this product you require (the default is 1) and then select the “Add To Cart” button.
• Repeat this process until you have all your required products in the Cart.

Step 2 – Review Your Cart

• You can review what is in your Cart by clicking on the Cart Icon on the top right side of the screen.
• To return to shopping, select the Shop option just below the Cart Icon.
• First time shoppers select the region you require your order to be Shipped to.
• If you have purchased before, your Shipping address will automatically be visible.
• Apply your Coupon Code now, if you have one.
• Proceed to Checkout if you are happy with the items in your Cart.

Step 3 – Proceed To Checkout

• Enter or confirm all Billing and Shipping Address details.
• You can keep your Billing Address and enter a different Shipping Address by ticking on the box at the top right and entering the details.
• Please make sure that you provide complete and correct information. It is important for us to be able to contact you should there be any queries.
• Indicate any Additional Information you may want us to know.
• Once you have agreed to the Terms & Conditions you can then place your order.
• You will be taken to the secure PayFast system.

Step 4 – Paying For Your Order

• Choose your preference of payment method, using the standard PayFast service.
• Double-check the e.mail address you would like to transact with.
• Follow the steps, as indicated, in order to have your purchase transaction authenticated by your bank.

Step 5 – Review Your Order

You will be presented with your:

• Order number
• Date of order
• Total amount of order
• Payment method used
• Details of items in purchased

You will also receive an email from PayFast confirming the transaction.
